A Pax of 8 Were Great at The Sword….
As we gathered in the gloom and stretching for what was to come, I heard some friendly mumble chatter about posting at LFC. The subject of the 4th of July beatdown was brought up. As I chuckled to myself knowing I was going to re-enact Lego’s portion of that beat down. I decided to chime in and forecast to the group that I would be stealing a page out of that playbook. At that moment, Rocket chimed in and said, “I hope it’s not the station that Lego had”. At that moment, I knew I had something good. With a smile I said, let’s mosey….
Warm-a-Rama
Mosey around the parking lot with some high knees and butt kickers all the way up to the pull up bars.

5 – burpees at front entrance of the hill to the monkey bars
Cross the monkey bars, then go to the parallel bars, and then traverse across the new blocs on the side of the monkey bars. Run through the woods out to Gilead road and hang a right back to the entrance to LFC. Grab a rock. Do:
10 – Curls
10 – Shoulder Press
10 – Skull Crushers
Repeat-o
Mosey to the fire pit….

10 – Dips
Repeat-o x 2 but decrease the reps by 2 each set
