I got out of the car at 5:28 am to a cold breeze and wish I had gone with long sleeves!  Oh well, we’ll warm up soon.

Only Dr. J and I were there so we took turns warming up.  The rest of the workout was much the same.  We took turns calling out exercises until 6:15.
