YHC was pleased to see a large crowd arrive for a Super Bowl weekend beat down at Bedrock. At 7 a quick disclaimer was made and we got straight into it.

Mosey to the field and assemble at the goal line for warmorama which included:
Mosey, Side shuffle, Karaoke, High Knees, Butt Kicks, Sweeps, Quadrophelia, SSH, IST

First exercise was run to 10 yard line, 1 merkin and back to goal line, run to 20 for 2 merkins etc. 55 merkins total.

Once complete the first SB trivia question was asked. 10 Burpee penalty if the PAX got it wrong.
What is the most consumed food during Super Bowl Sunday. Possum correctly answered chicken wings (1.45 billion on Sunday alone).

Mosey to the rock pile for a round of:
Curls, shoulder press, bent over row, skullcrusher, chest press, american hammer

Mosey around the track to the stairs and partner up for dora.

2nd trivia question time. What brand has the most super bowl commercials all time? Pax correctly guessed Budweiser to avoid burpees.

Appreciate the Pax taking it easy on me as this is the largest group I have Qd. Plenty of mumblechatter and plenty of complaints but everyone crushed it this morning.
