Freedom complained that he hadn't done the Michigan in a while on Saturday, just after that Don Ho informed me he needed a Q.  I figured I could solve this problem, Michigan it is!  And then there were the other complaints, we aren't doing enough abs…..we are supposed to do the Jack Webb…..we need coffee…well I solved most of them, and introduced a few guys to this workout.

I rushed to get this out so I know I missed 1 or two guys, please chime in below and I'll add you.
