Mosey around the fellowship building stopping at each corner to perform an exercise.
1st Corner – 5 Burpees
2nd Corner – 10 Merkins
3rd corner – 10 Jane Fondas – each leg
4th Corner – 30 LBCs
The first lap was as noted above.
The second lap was backwards.

The fourth lap was a de-escalator.
