10-5-2022 – The Meat Locker

Five strong men join in for a simple workout in the crisp morning air.  Thanks everyone for showing up and supporting The Meat Locker.  Numbers are usually low but we had a great group today.   Lots of good mumble chatter and we even learned a thing or two.

The Main Event

Four Corners

Mosey around the fellowship building stopping at each corner to perform an exercise.

1st Corner – 5 Burpees

2nd Corner – 10 Merkins

3rd corner – 10 Jane Fondas – each leg

4th Corner – 30 LBCs

The first lap was as noted above.

 

The second lap was backwards.

4th Corner – 30 LBCs

3rd corner – 10 Jane Fondas – each leg

2nd Corner – 10 Merkins

1st Corner – 5 Burpees

 

The third lap was an escalator.

1st Corner – 5 Burpees

2nd Corner – 5 Burpees  and 10 Merkins

3rd corner – 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins and 10 Jane Fondas – each leg

4th Corner – 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 10 Jane Fondas – each leg and 30 LBCs.

 

The fourth lap was a de-escalator.

4th Corner – 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 10 Jane Fondas – each leg and 30 LBCs.

3rd corner – 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins and 10 Jane Fondas – each leg.

2nd Corner – 5 Burpees  and 10 Merkins.

1st Corner – 5 Burpees

 

Five minutes of Mary to fill out the remaining time.
