We did many, many reps of many unconventional exercises, such as:

  • Goose-Steps 
  • Head Shoulders Knees and Toes
  • Bear Squats
  • Pirate Ship Ride
  • I in the Sky
  • Lawn Mower Merkins
  • Side Lunges
  • Flex Curls
  • Upright Row
  • Reverse Fly
  • Purple Nurple 
  • Triceps Kickback
  • Folding Card Table 
  • Speed Bag
  • Wrist Curls 

We also ran more than two miles without ever leaving the parking lot. 


STUFF:

The pax staged a minor mutiny with the counts by starting with 15 and counting down so that I couldn't go to 25. Of course, I could have gone negative, but I like to keep things positive. 

Coffeeteria was attended by all, with YHC EHing a random dude. 

If ya did all the bear squats with good form, gents, you should be feelin' it tomorrow! I didn't check to see if Canuck was bending his elbows on the card table planks, but if he did, I'm sure he'll remember why he hated those last time! 

I got bumped off the Q-schedule for Fission this Thursday, but I'll be back after that!
