We got in our 3 miles with 120 merkins, 200 LBC’s + 120 alternate AB exercises.

It was pleasant surprise to see Aussie step out of his car this morning. Great to see one of the old time good guys coming out again. Hopefully we see him more often!!

Omega put us all to shame running at a blistering pace. It kind of forced everyone to try to keep up (or we just got caught up in his draft). Thanks for coffee man!

Airstream did his best to stay on Omega heels. In two weeks he will be respect/respect!! #oldmanstrong

Chilly Willy, Tammy Faye and Mulligan are starting to get their JAVA on and are becoming regulars! 

Lonestar kept with tradition by showing up right at 5:31! Amazing how he does that so consistently!

It’s pretty amazing to see Soprano out there getting after it as he is recovering from his bicep surgery. On our first leg he came flying by in the opposite direction….much to everyone surprise.

Kid Rock showed up for coffee as he is in town but nursing a knee injury (he was put on IR by Airstream). KR was taking a lot of heat for his lack of back blast ability. So I had to include him to show it can be done!

Thanks to Thug for allowing me to Q today. He is in his last month as the JAVA Master Q. Lonestar will be taking the joystick! We all appreciate Thugs 2 years as Java Master Q.
