Good chatter today — made it tough to keep cadence.  At one point, I had to bark cadence and count also, since everyone was deep in discussion!
12 seemed to be the magic number today.  I started a few things with 12 in cadence in the warm-up, and it carried through to the workout.  Not sure why — it just felt right.
Goat has a Respect birthday this week (Tuesday);  Happy Birthday!  Hope that calf heals up.
We stayed a minute over, since Omega showed up a minute late.  Elbow plank on ashpalt — always fun!
The rain stayed away and we had a glorious morning.
