30 KB snatch each arm (half each arm)+1
30 KB press with low flutter
Repeat with 25 reps
Repeat with 20 reps

Total: 1,000 reps (100 per exercise)
Moleskin:
I planned for rain but it never did. We could have used it to cool things off. Only a few breezes made it feel good in the thick humidity.
Great work by Crimson & Ultraman. Flo borrowed this workout idea from a previous Ultraman beat down but made a few changes. He was happy it wasn’t Tabata Tuesday but quickly changed his attitude when he found out about 1,000 KB reps. Either way the 3 PAX knocked it out of the park. When time expired we had 100 reps to go and everyone said let’s finish it.
This one will hurt later on today.
