- 1,1.2 Bent Row
- 1,1,2 Curl
- 1,1,2 Bridge Bench
- 1,1,2 Tri Kick
- 1,1,2 Lunge/ Squat
- 1,1,2 Reach
Moleskin:
- Swim Team meets are in full swing
- Natty was a fill in lifeguard at the last Overlook meet. Apparently the mom's were not too excited about the lifeguard partaking adult beverages.
- Charlie ready to go, sporting his speedo, comes in and sees Mr. Natty and wanted to go talk to him.
- Slow Roll gets the "W" as the coach, good stuff bro
- Slow also gets EC for running before workout. Asked Q to go but he got a little "over-extended" while celebrating his wife's birthday. He took the struggle bus to the workout.
- Evidently there is controversy among the pax about the actual number of reps are in a 1,1,2 exercise. Some say 2, some say 3, some may even argue 4… minimum 2 though.
