The Thang:
20 reps of the following exercises with dumbbells.

- 1,1,2 Bent Row
- 1,1,2 Curl
- 1,1,2 Bridge Bench
- 1,1,2 Tricep Kickbacks
- 1,1,2 Lunge Squat
- 1,1,2 Hammer
- 1,1,2 Alternate Toe Reach
- 1,1,2 Bridge Fly
Moleskin:
- This workout was a crowd pleaser. Right off the back getting feedback from Slow Roll…per Schwinn, feedback = criticism, haha! Everyone felt this one I bet. Natty bringing the extra large weights also (he has for the last several Muscle Beach Workouts), will definitely feel it.
- Lots of talk about yesterday’s broga session. Must have been a good one. Surf recounts seeing Natty’s silhouette in the early hours, side plank with his arm going above and below his body. He reported that it looked like a disco move with the hip thrust and arm movement…
- Schwinn was a little fiesty this morning, real chipper, could have been that he drank a pot of coffee before the workout or the vest he was wearing.
- Slow Roll, Pinky, and Tigre got an EC 5K in before the workout
