5 men ventured out to Cobalt to be greeted by 11's

Warm-o-rama:

High Knees, Butt Kicks, Karyoke, Skip, SSH x 30 IC, Toy Soldiers x 15 IC, Imperial Storm Troopers x 15 IC, Cherry Pickers x 15 IC

The Thang:

We did a ladder exercise in which we performed 10 reps of an exercise on one end of the parking lot, ran to the other end of the parking lot and did 1 rep of another exercise, ran back, then 9 reps, then ran to the other end and did 2 reps (totalling 11 reps), etc.  until we got down to 1 rep of the first exercise, and 10 reps of the second…

We did the following exercises in the above fashion:

  • Man Maker Merkins /  Dying Cock Roach
  • Incline Merkins / Squats

The Moleskin:

  • Q had quite the lofty workout plan, must have had big dreams the night before!
  • Relatively nice workout weather, a little chilly, got warm quick, some pax in shorts.  (Grip always is…)
  • Evidently Oktoberfest had some sauce or a lot of cough syrup last night to wake up and hear…Hello, Hello, Hello, to find out that his cats were talking to him.   To which he replied..Hello.   He then opens the door to find a neighbor black cat that came in his house and he wasn't as quite as friendly on this greeting.
  • Oktoberfest didn't have any underwear faux pas this am, although he started diggin' pretty early in the workout.  Q thought there might be a replay of the "hang loose" workout that Oktoberfest ended up having after some attire malfunctions a couple of workouts previous.  He did end up getting some new Geranimals, or underoos in which he proudly showed the pax.  Evidently there are some great sales going on at Marshalls.
  • Pax learned that alcohol and what people would do for a million, or a couple million, etc. can be pretty extreme…Probably not a good idea to mix the two.
  • Pax were very strong after the merkin buffet that Natty served on Tuesday.  Didn't think the pax were hungry for more, but….ended up doing 55 Man Maker Merkins and 55 Incline Merkins paired with 55 Dying Cock Roaches and 55 Squats.
  • Strong Work Gents!  Shaft on a long streak of consecutive workouts, way to go!
