It’s been a week and a half, and I failed to write a back last before I forgot what we did. Here is a review to the best of my recollection.
Warmorama around the parking lot: regular, quadraphelia, karaoke, etc.
Some fun with lines: hops, shuffles, side to sides.
A bunch of other exercises, but all were 11 reps in cadence (The pax picked up on the patter, but it took them a while to figure it out)
And, of course, 11s on the hill: 10 Mericans at the top, 1 WW2 Sit Up at the bottom. Then 9 Mericans at the top and 2 WW2 Sit Ups at the bottom. 8 & 3, 7 & 4…you get the idea.
