Each grab a sandbag and mosey to PUF. 12 Days of Christmas consists of the below exercises. Theexercises follow the same sequence as the 12 Days of Christmas song (i.e. Round 1 – first exercise 1 rep; Round 2 – second exercise 2 reps, first exercise 1 rep; etc.)

  • 1 Sandbag Thruster (12 total reps)
  • 2 Sandbag shoulder presses (22 total reps)
  • 3 Sandbag power burpees (30 total reps)
  • 4 Sandbag snatches (36 total reps)
  • 5 Pull-ups (40 total reps)
  • 6 Sandbag lunges (42 total reps)
  • 7 Sandbag bent over rows (42 total reps)
  • 8 Sandbag deadlifts (40 total reps)
  • 9 Sandbag front squats (36 total reps)
  • 10 Sandbag push presses with low flutter (30 total reps)
  • 11 Muricans (22 total reps)
  • 12 Sandbag clean and catch (12 total reps)

COT

  • TCLAPS to Blackberry, Red October, FLG, Comet, Solo, and Project for completing their first HTL this weekend. It was awesome to see them crush a very challenging mountain event.
