Your QIC told himself that he was not going to do a 12 days of Christmas workout, but when I noticed it was 12 days till Christmas, I had to. I tried to spice it up a little, but all I got for Christmas was complaints, a few omahas, and a lot of bruises. Here is what went down –
- 1st Day – Parking Lot Suicides (Omaha'd to up & over monkey bars after day 5)
- 2nd Day – T-Plank Mericans
- 3rd Day – Imperial Squat Walkers IC
- 4th Day – Skull Crushers IC
- 5th Day – Pullups
- 6th Day – WW1 Situps
- 7th Day – Regular Mericans IC till Day 9
- 8th Day – Hanging Toe Touches
- 9th Day – Squats OYO
- 10th Day – Trifectas
11th Day – Wooly Worms12th Day – Burpees
