Six Studs appeared in the gloom to conquer the beatdown at Muscle Beach!

 

Warmorama:

SSH x 25 IC, WM x 15 IC, CP x 15 IC, Merkins x 10 IC, High Knees, Butt Kicks.  

 

The Thang:

9 stations were set up with 1 exercise at each station.  Pax completed 3 sets of 12 reps of the exercise before moving to the next station.

  1.  Tailgate Decline Merkins – Merkins with legs on the tailgate of Q's F-250, using push up handles.
  2.  Squat with Shoulder press – 60lb sandbag
  3.  Curls – 25lb dumbbells
  4.  Bench – 35lb kettlebells
  5.  Front and Lateral Raises – 10lb and 15lb dumbbells
  6.  Clean Press – 30lb kettlebells
  7.  DL Rows – 45 or 55lb kettlebell
  8.  Ball Fly – 20lb kettlebells
  9.  Step Ups – 40lb sandbag

After pax completed all of the stations with 3 sets of 12 reps of each exercise, pax did as many stations as possible with just one set of 12 reps of each exercise of their choice.
