3 men came to Cobalt this morning to push through a decent workout full of 14 rep counts and tell interesting stories. There was almost a phone theft mid-workout too but we figured it out.

- 14 started with the SSH's. Q stopped with the 14 count and Surf latched on so we rolled with it.
- "I learned a new meaning of Unicorn yesterday." "Is it a start up company valued at >$1B?" Nope….something very different.
- Mileage and reps would have been significantly higher but Surf told some well-timed and extended length stories during the workout. Thanks man….needed some of those breaks.
- "Where's Grip? He said publicly he'd be back out for more." GRIP?????
- "Where's Swamp Thing? Temperatures are definitely swampy" SWAMP??????
- Q left my fanny pack (with phone in it) at the launch of one of the beast sets. We got back about 2-3 mins later and it was gone. Good neighbor had picked it up to report on the Facebook page. Scary moment there for a guy that is unfortunately glued to his phone for work. We tracked him down and got it back.
- Lots of other good chatter and fellowship this morning.
- Lots to be thankful for and many asks on our way out in the COT. Appreciate the opportunity to lead this morning fellas.
