20 SSH IC

Right over left, left over right

10 Cotton pickers IC

10 Sprinklers IC

10 Windmills IC

make your way to the track

1 Mosey warm-up lap

The Thang:

1st corner 5 merkins and mosey to the next corner

2nd corner 10 merkins and mosey to the next corner

3rd corner  15 merkins and mosey to the next corner

4th corner 20 merkins and mosey to the next corner

The same 5, 10, 15, and 20 with moseying to each corner with each of these  3 exercises. Groiners, Jump squats, and Burpees. 

Mosey a cool down lap, then a quadraphelia lap and then in groups of five sprint the straight aways and mosey the corners.
