We moseyed to the bridge for a plank and bear crawl maneuver.

We grabbed some blocks and performed various exercises including:

-Curls

-Shoulder Press

-Chest Press

-Skull Crushers

-Lawn Mowers

-LBC

-Pretzel Crunches

-Merkins

-Sprinkled a few moseys in there as well
