15 men came and 15 left in much better shape


We jogged through the HT parking lot to get the juices flowing 

We stopped in the pre-covid old warm up/meeting area for some: SSH’s, Windmills, IST’s, Long snappers, MTN climbers to loosen up.

We jogged over to the square to get this thing going. At each corner we did the following exercises.

  1. Squats x 20 x 4 corners
  2. SSH’s x 20 x 4 corners
  3. MTN Climber’s x 20 x 4 corners
  4. Merkins x 20 x 4 corners
  5. Squats / SSH’s / MTN Climbers / Merkins all x 10 x 4 corners

Job to the center area between the shops (near the Yoga joint)

  1. Peoples chair with air presses x 20
  2. 15 step ups each leg OYO
  3. Dips 15 IC

Jog to the fire station for:

  1. Lil Baby crunches x 20ic
  2. W’s x 20ic
  3. Low Dolly….I mean Rosalita x 20ic (YHC had a respect respect moment)
  4. Crunchy Frog x 10
  5. Pledge of Allegiance 

Job back to home base for: Low Dolly x 20ic

Recover Recover

Many thanks everyone who showed up this morning. Each and everyone of you guys got after it today. The goal was to stay moving!
