  • Man……Toro is quick!! Crushed it on those sprints this morning.
  • Pinky getting more grey hair captaining this P200. Lost another runner and our van rental reservations yesterday. Time to rally and figure it out.
  • Germanator putting in the work. Running to every workout and crushing it at workout. Good stuff bro.
  • G-RIP was the first one there this morning. I know you love Thursdays at Cobalt. Great work.
  • Natty Lite on the scene this morning. Getting some miles for Ville de Ville. Always good to have the mayor at the workout.
  • Great work today fellas. Awesome way to start the day.
  • Remembered my brother Eric J. Carlson today. He passed away 11 years ago, 4,015 days ago. Man that’s a long time, but sometimes feels like yesterday. Eric was an avid outdoorsman who cared very much for his family and friends. He ran a B&B in the Adirondack Mountains for several years with his wife, Christy. He worked hard and played hard up there. Lots of fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, fires by the lake, fires in the old fireplaces inside. The Inn was closed from Thanksgiving through New Years, so we spent Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays there every year while they were up there. So many great memories. Eric struggled with addiction and alcoholism, which ultimately took his life. Thanks fellas for letting me talk about him today to remember him and for your kind words and fellowship this morning.
