Pledge of Allegiance at shovel flags

Moleskin:July 4 marks the anniversary of when Congress, comprised of delegates from the United States’ original 13 colonies, signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. The document declared the nation’s independence from Great Britain. We honored 1776 today by trying to do that many reps, which was a challenge. YHC is proud to report that we actually did 1790 reps, 14 more than planned…just because we could. It was a scorcher today, but the Pax got it done! YHC is proud of all of you. It was good to see Lambeu back at it again. Mud Pie was DR and visiting us from Florida. Glad to host him today. Carpet Bagger could have bottled up a 12 pack of sweat after ringing out his shirt post workout. It was good seeing Out Cold who was present for the first time since the arrival of his new baby. Greyhound showed up strong and was even going to hike up a mountain today after posting. Titan brought the mumble chatter and also the heat today and wouldn’t break! Baller enjoyed the ‘Mericans and Burpees. His shirt stayed on today to spare the rest of us shame. Gambini brought his Fallout game. He should have brought his sled for us to use today for some extra cardio. Bob Ross got it done as usual and is always consistent. He’s a high quality dude. Jersey Boy was looking to lose 5lbs to get to his target weight. Today’s AO hopefully helped.  AM-PM probably wanted more running, but hopefully the excessive reps made up for it with other muscle groups. Elmers showed up yawning, but left in beast mode. He even bought our rounds of coffee at Coffeeteria (thanks bro). The Pax gave their all today and YHC commends each of them for it and hopes everyone has a great 4th holiday. Remember why we celebrate it gents…
