Three enjoyed the fellowship of a cool morning. Since it was 5/13, and 5+13=18, we just did 18 reps of everything.

Round 1 – 20 minutes, AMRAP, but as a twist, we had to go in turns. So the Q did 1, then Tonka did 1, then Shirley did 1 and we worked our way up to 18 on each exercise before moving to the next. We got 1 full round + 21 reps.

Isaiah 43:1-3
But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.
2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

One thing to ponder about “faith” is what your faith is in. Christ said that if we had faith like a grain of mustard seed we could do amazing things. But the point is that your faith MUST be in Him. And that takes some thought. We often put faith in lots of things without centering it in Him. If it is centered in Him, then the amount can be very small – size is not the key. The key is in whom you have faith.
