19 posted at Sweatshop on a near perfect evening. We started with side straddle hops in single count otherwise known as “Mayhem style” Then, some Merkins and LBCs followed by some stretching and then a quick jog off to the soccer field
We partnered up for 100 Merkins, 200 LBC and 300 squats while our partners jogged the length of the soccer field with some karaoke and quadrofelia. We continued with the partners at the hill with one partner planking while the other partner did Quadrofelia up the hill with some extra Merkens halfway down the hill four times (12 @ 12, 9@9, 6@6 and 3@3). Then we followed with alternating dips at the picnic tables and pull-ups at the pull-up bars with some jogging in between stations. The last station was some wall sits and some balls to the wall while our partners jogged around the building. This was good for three sets. We ended with a slow mosey back to the Green for a few rounds of Mary Strata said 2.25 miles so we were moving considering we didn’t go further than the elementary school. A great night with a strong showing at second F as well. Come out on Thursday night to support Trickle in his virgin Q!
