It was rainy and wet so Dr. Doolittle and I headed to the large picnic shelter to keep dry.

Warm up consisted of Mountain Climbers, Gramma Maters, Abe Vigotas and Hill Billy Walkers, all IC x 15.

The first routine was Aligator Merkins, Bear Crawl and NUR (RUN Backwards).  We started at one end of the picnic shelter and did 2 Aligator Merkins on each side, Bear Crawled to the stage, then NUR back.  Rinse and repeat x 4 AL Merks, x 6 Al Merks.

Next was Tripple Nickle the width of the shelter.  Five dips one side, Lunge Walk the width and 1/4 Burpee at the other side.  See Dr. Doolitle for a demonstration on the 1/4 Burpee.  It is something his daughter does at Burn BootCamp.

Rinse and Repeat with Inclined Merkins and Squats.

Time to bring out the coupons.  I had a 15# and 20# kettle bell.  We used these for various ab and arm exercises.

Did some Drinking Birds and Standing Jane Fondas and to finish out.

Thought for the day was John 21:15-17.  Let’s minister to one another and those around us.
