Warmup:50 SSH ICThang:- Zamperini to Lowe’s parking lot.- 7 different kettlebell excercises IC x 25. Each led 1 excercise.-lung walk to top of parking lot and back.- 7 different kettlebell excercises IC x 20- bear crawls to top and crab walk back- Zamperini part of the way back to the start. Stopped to do 7 kettlebell excercises IC x 15.- Zamperini all the way back to startMary:2 or 3 excercises
