Moleskin:
- Pre-workout started at 0500 at the corner of Overlook Mountain Dr. and Overlook Cove Dr. This is where an additional 3 miles of fun started. F3 strong Natty, respect.
- So 2 for 1, 2 trips (Sprint and Bear Crawl) for each exercise, ie Merkins. Happy hour at 0530! Ended about 0615.
- One of the pax particularly, I will not say his name, but it starts with an "O" and ends with a "fest", did not fully appreciate the bear crawl…, did something else after about the 3rd bear crawl.
