2 for 11s version 2.0

2 emerged to find warmth in 11s. This was a repeat from the workout with Cheetah Saturday I decided to try out on with Sturdel.  He killed it!

WarmUp:

15 x copper head squats

15 x mountain climbers

10 x merican toe touches

15 x plank jacks

10 x Windmills

 

The Thang

Mosey to back, 10 pull ups and grab 2 blocks and head to AO lot.  

11s. At bottom of hill 1 block quadfecta and 10 block fluter kick. Run o top of hill and at top of hill 10 burpees and 1 WWI.  

Repeato until we got through all 10 rounds and blocks back to playground.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Lots to worry about and try to solve, always the right answer to trust in God and let me in on our lives.
