2 Minute Ab Creators


I was subbing for Labon, so it became clear to the PAX that YHC had was over prepared. I was able to ruck a few miles (starting at @ 4:40am). Apparently, after exiting my car, grabbing my ruck, I walked off with 66, leaving my driver’s side door open. I believe there was 4 or 5 runners at 5am.Here was our story:We took a mosey lap around a small portion of the parking lot. I followed through on my promise for very little running. That was the extent of our running. The rest of the workout was all core work.IST x 20Wind Mills x 20SSH x 20We partnered up for 2 minutes of full sit ups, as many as possible, then flip flop with partnerThen low flutters for 2 minutesThen pretzel for 2 minutesThen Squats for 2 minutesThen Merkins for 2 minutesThen LBC for 2 minutesThen some sort of hip boucy thing on our sides for 2 minutesThen dips at the picnic tables for 2 minutesThen full sit ups for 2 minutesThen low flutters for 2 minutesI probably forgot something. Basically, MonoLisa was the stop watch person who did the work of a Q.MOLESKINI loved the laughter (mostly at me) of the PAX. Fallout has some really funny guys.
