We doubled or numbers in one week! Only two PAX came out on May 17th and 4 came oeut on the 24th. Thanks to Sparrow, Bertha and Clark for joining me in some 4 Conners fun in the not so gloom, gloom.

Warm Up:
Mountain Climbers IC x 20
Hill Billy Walkers IC x 10
Toy Soldiers IC x 10
A little bit of broga stretching
The thang:
Calf Raises IC x 20. Rinse and repaet for a second set. Calves are often over looked so I like to throw them in a workout every now and then.
Mosey down to the practice field for the 4 Corners fun!.
Start at the first corner with 5 Burpees. Second corner is 10 Hand Release Merkins. Third corner is 20 squats and 30 LBC’s at the fourth corner. Mosey to the first corner then run the sequence backwards.
Start again and do a round using the same exercises but escalate them. Burpees at the first corner. Burpees and Hand Release Merkins at the second corner, Burpees, Hand Relaese Merkins and Squats at the third corner……. you get the idea.
Finally, de-escalate the four exercises.
