Mater and Sonar got in some good miles (6 ish) while Sparrow and I worked with kettle bells.
After Sparrow warmed us up we did 2 series if 11’s by the tennis courts.
First round was curls and dips. The second round was presses and step ups.
Finished up with a few minutes of Mary:

Pretzle crunches
Low flutters
I took us out in prayer.
