The Thang:
WOD 1:
- 3 thrusters
- 3 blast off merkins
- 3 V ups with Cindy
- 3 burpees jumping over the Cindy block
- Sprints in between each set with increasing distance come back and increase by 3 each time up to 12
- we did a run in between 4th and 5th round then finished wtih 15 reps of each
Push up drill, down for 10 seconds, up for 10 seconds for about 90 seconds total
WOD 2:
- 5 pull ups
- 15 Cindy swings
- 10 man maker mountain climbers
- 10 mason twists with Cindy IC
Sprint in between each set with increasing distance
- 10 pull ups
- 20 Cindy swings
- 15 man maker mountain climbers
- 16 mason twists with Cindy IC
Longer run this time
- 5 Burpee pull ups
- 5 pull ups
- 5 Burpee pull ups
- 5 pull ups
- 25 Cindy Swings
- 20 man maker mountain climbers
- 20 mason twists with Cindy IC
Longer run with sprint at the end
Walk back about 300 yards
- 10 curls with cindy IC
- 10 shoulder press with cindy IC
Circle up for Mary
- had about 45 seconds to do some Low Flutter
- Recover Recover
Moleskin:
- Great to Q at Gladiator, it's a great AO with the pull up bars, cindy blocks and lots of room to run
- Good to see Magnum back after a long hiatus! Keep on it!
