10 x; CP, WM, TS, ST, CHS. Short mosey lap around lot.
Main Thang
We did 9 rounds of 8 timed exercises of 20 seconds with 5 seconds in between reps. 50 second break after each round of 8 exercises. We did: SC, presses, curls, rows and squats. Even Iron Horse was beat down by the conclusion. Good job by all.
