Today 25 men including a few boys and military veterans posted for the last monday of the month Murph, except this one is on Memorial Day. Today we converged upon East Lincoln Rescue Squad Park. With 25 pax present and 6 pull-up bar stations we changed our timer to 1:30 per round. This ensures we finish timely.

FNGs listed above are:
Crop Duster via F3 Shelby
Dabo-Bunny 2.0 of scope
Kyle Russel, age 60! former drill instructor .. instructor. First post
Patty (Sausage) aka Jimmy the ICU nurse aka Focker I believe his 2nd or maybe 3rd post
We had 2 in ruck gear, and I believe 3 with 20 lb vests. T-Claps to Hefty who did 10 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 20 'Mericans, 30 squats and 5 more pull-ups every 3 minutes while carrying a 30 lb ruck plate. T-claps to Spork who says he's going to enter the reserves again. T-caps to FNG Kyle, age 60 and threw down. Later I heard he was a drill instructor. We didn't name him today, but there are so many options, Gunny, Drill bit to name a couple.
All done we all completed a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups 200 'mericans (push-ups) and 300 squats, then ran another mile. I whish I could remember more but my brain was rather O2 depleted. So much so that when I got home I poured my coffee grounds directly into my mug.
Reflection:
During COT we allowed time for anyone to say the name of someone that they were Murphing for today. It's amazing how many people are touched directly by someone who paid the ultimate sacrifice. For today's verse I selected
Psalm 27:3-4 Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident. One thing I ask from the LORD, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.
Then on the way home another verse came to mind.
John 15:13 Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
