Eight men came for the first workout of the year at F3 MIL. Everyone was excited for pork sandwiches at the end, but had to earn them first. Strong work by everyone, logging over 300 Merkins during the workout.
Warming things up:
- Side Straddle Hop 25x IC
- Cotton Pickers 10x IC
- Toy Soldiers 10x IC
- Plank delight:
- Merkin 10x IC
- Orphan Annie 10x IC, each arm
- Plank Jacks 10x IC
- Merkiin 10x IC
Main Event: As many stations as you can do. Start at base and always return to base before doing the next station. We did at least three times around all stations.
- Base: 20 Merkins and 20 LBC
- Station 1: 20 Dips and 20 Squats
- Station 2: 20 Diamond Merkins and 20 Side Lunges
- Station 3: 20 Carolina Dry Dock and 20 Never Cross Dolly
- Station 4: 20 Mountain Climbers and 20 J-Lo
