34 hard-chargers came out to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation by completing the Memorial Day Murph.
1 mile’ish run
100 pull-ups, 200 Americans, 300 squats

The MURPHskin:
- During CoT we collectively honored pax who have given their lives in service to our country. We voiced names from our War for Independence all the way up to current times. Honorees included those near and dear personally, and those from history that remain unknown to us, but whom we still honor.
- BZ to Scrappy-do and Kosar who vested up. Strong.
- Cherry Bomb went all Gracie Jiu-Jitsu on the coffee table. Also strong.
- Gracias to Ultra Man for the coffee and donuts!
- YHC heard several pax who opined that they might not have made it out this morning were it not for YHC’s goading, cajoling and coercion in the preblast. Well, we are all glad you made it out! Some pax completed their first “Murph” this morning. No matter how you ended up doing, you did it, and we are all better for your effort, especially on this special day to honor the fallen.
- Special thanks to Over Budget for a heartfelt and moving reading in the CoT. Freedom is a precious and fragile blessing. Many who have come before us have given their lives for it, and many will likely have to do so in the future.
- Our final prayer was to honor the blessing of freedom, and those who died for it, by doing our best to use it well and pass it along.
