Thanks to Cherry Bomb for his leadership the last two years and for the 2024 F3 leadership team. Also, thanks for all 2024 MQs and your work and the new MQs who stepped up for 2025. We appreciate all that you gents do to support our AOs.

2025 Goals, Tactics, and Owners (*Denotes Primary)

1) Mission Alignment

• Center ourselves with F3 Nation’s Mission and Core Principles (*Toby)
•      How are we living up to these? What needs to stay, stop, start?

Mission:

To plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

5 Core Principles: Workouts that…

• Are free of charge;
• Are open to all men;
• Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold(with the exception of Water Wings and Stretch Armstrong of course);
• Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary; and
• End with a Circle of Trust.

We need to find that purpose to better serve ourselves and others around us. We must seek out men who need us and grow relationships (and ultimately confidence) with other men. 2) Operational Excellence (to strengthen relationships)

• Highlight the 3 Fs to create opportunities for men to connect with existing Pax and unknown men within the community (*Entire LT)
• Create a more uniform process for working the Kotter List (*Tammy Faye with support from Blackbeard)
• Create a more uniform process for registering and onboarding FNGs timely (*Omega with support from Blackbeard)
• Regularly communicate with Pax (directory updates, mass emailing, X, Slack, alternative communication platforms, etc.) (*Stray with support from Blackbeard)
• Create and calendar activities/events for all fitness levels/ages (*Cubicle with support from 9 Lives, and Auto)
• Create and host/facilitate small group circles and topical group activities and/or acts of service (*Tammy Faye)
• Set a challenge/goal for each Pax to “invite one guy” in 2025 (*Toby with support from LT)
• Dad’s Camp (*Auto will provide prep 2.0 workouts and partner with Crocs and Nair who are point for DC)
• Christmas Party (*Auto with support from Toby)
•      What can we do to enhance existing Pax relationships and reach future FNGs?
•      When a man becomes a ghost, what do we do?
•      When a FNG posts, what does follow-up look like?
•      What strategies can easily enhance communication with Pax (in general, but also about events)?
•      What new or existing events do we need to begin planning, calendaring, and/or promoting? (Examples: Polar Bear, Hope House, Smithville Community, Operation Sweet Tooth; Kiwanis Thanksgiving Drive, Western NC Storm Recovery, etc.)

3) Optimize AOs

•  MQ Assignments/Coverage (*Omega)
• Training for MQs (*Omega)
• Assure accurate information on website (*Omega with support from Slingshot, Pit Stop, and Blackbeard)
• Review AO attendance data (*Omega)
• Assess strategies to ensure that shovel flags, a staple of F3, are available for all bootcamps/KB workouts (*Omega with support from Toby)
•      What strategies should we use to “groom” future MQ’s?
•      What actions do we take when there is a consistent lack of Q signups, poor AO average monthly/quarterly attendance under 5 Pax, and/or saturation and cannibalization among AOs?
•      How should we assess the right AO geography?
•      What sites do not have shovel flags?

MQ List, Website Updates, and Shovel Flags:

Make sure your AO sites are accurate. If not, please let Sling Shot and Pit Stop know. If any other MQs find/confirm a successor that isn’t on the list above, please let me know at your earliest convenience. Shovel flags should be transitioned for any MQ changes. If there is no shovel flag for your AO, please contact Omega and Toby DIRECTLY vs this thread. If any current/soon to be MQs are willing to donate $ for a shovel flag, they are $30 (cost) to make. Thanks to Ichabod, Chilly Willy, Blackbeard, Gambini, and POS for already donating. Flags will be made in Feb.
