Apparently the regular Viking crew didn't like today's Q – three of Lake Norman's finest took on the Viking…certainly we all were winners. We conducted a post-Memorial Day 21 Gun Salute:
Warm-O-Rama:
- Run to the front entrance of NM Park (with some butt kickers and high knees). Fortunately the skunk on the sidewallk ran away before we got too close to it.
- We formed a triangle and got warm:

The Thang:
We moseyed to the rock pile and found a friend…and Zapparini-ed down the hill to the lower parking lot. We did an upper body exercise at one end of the lot, ran half way around the loop, completed a lower body exercise and returned. (in cadence unless otherwise noted)
