Early start at 0600 for a short run thru SVU and bike ride down Webb/Rabbit Circle. Getting ready for tri season! 22 deer spotted out an about today.

Bike ride with ‘Indian ride” along the way to boat ramp.
At boat ramp – grab a rock: 10 x curls for girls, 10 x rock press, 10 x skull crushers. Mosey around parking lot. Repeato 2 more x.
Bike ride as group to other side of Burton at Governor’s island. 10 x incline mericans on guardrail, 30 x dips, suicides along bridge. Repeato 2 more x. Got to see Goodwrench and his 2.0 Elias on a morning bike ride after he pulled an all nightery at the plant.
Ride back to AO.
Reflection:
Reflection this week on the radio about how working out is designed to tear down muscle and rebuild it to make it stronger. Comparison with life and how challenges in our life make us stronger and put our faith in God to endure and become better.

-Tclaps to Cheetah for motivating us to get some extra work in early. He is planning a pickleball workout next week which promises to me fun and may start the tri sprint summer series next weekend – stay tuned.
