Einstein and Omega for standard

Warm Up: SSH 23X, arm circles foward 23, backward 23

The Thang:

Mosey to 4 corners for 4 quaters of side suffle to corner, backward run to next corner, side suffle to next corner, backward run to next corner (execise at each corner)

1st quarter 23 squats at each corner, 2nd quarter 23 merkins at each corner, 3rd quarter 23 jump squats at each corner, 4th quarter 23 carolina drydocks at each corner

Mosey to adjoining parking lot and partner up

1st half: partner 1 run around 4 corners, partner 2 suicides with 23 reps of exercise of their choice (squats, merkin, jump squats, carolina drydocks) at each turn, flip flop

2nd half: partner 1 plank, partner 2 regular suicide run with no exercices, flip flip

Mosey to brezzeway, 23 box jumps, 23 dips, 23 step ups, 23 decline merkins

Mosey back to homebase

Mary:

Breakdancer 23x, along with 9 other PAX choice of Mary exercise with reps of 23

Moleskins:

PAX realized quickly that all reps would be 23 with MJ inspired workout on AUG 23rd

Overall not much mumble chatter except Sudz calling BS when I said I was unhappy with our 4 quarters and called for suicides!
