Broad jumps x 10 YDS or 10 ft your choice OYO (1st cone/object of choice)
Burpees x 10 OYO
Bonnie Blairs (alternating jump lunges) x 10 OYO
Big Boi Situps x 10 OYO
Broad jumps x 10 YDS or 10 ft your choice OYO (2nd cone/object of choice)
Burpees x 10 OYO
Bonnie Blairs (alternating jump lunges) x 10 OYO
Big Boi Situps x 10 OYO
Broad jumps x 10 YDS or 10 ft your choice OYO (3rd cone/object of choice)
