Here's the skinny. 10 guys moved blocks around the field, either muttering or too out of breath to talk.

- Geek provided tunes, but that was only helpful if you were with him, as the tunes travelled at his pace.
- Bagboy (1st) and Geek (2nd) were hurt but this workout, but it didn't show. Don't ask me how close their finish was because I couldn't see from the other side of the field.
- Coppertop found his wheelhouse…the murder bunny…and plans to bring it back to another workout. of all things…
- Jersey Boy – not included in the pax list above, doesn't follow directions well, but still managed to find a group doing the IPC Wee 4. Good work.
- Thanks to all of your gentlemen for helping me through this year's challenge.
- For those who see the value in the high intensity workouts from the IPC, we'll continue a WIB style workout on Fridays at BRP starting at 6am, followed by 2nd F. You can expect some IPC redux from Years 1 and 2.
