3..2..1….Mericans


Better late than never……skinny backblast. 

18 for a good old fashion beatdown at one of my favorite AO's.

We started with the disclaimer, headed into the warmups and then off to Jetton Rd. for some hills.  11's was the exercise with bear crawls up for some CDD and then crawl bear down for the WWII's.  Next, we headed to the rock pile, choose your poison an then proceeded to do 2 rounds of curls, skull crushers, bent over rows and squat to press. We ran between each round up Horseshoe Hill and performed a set of dips on the rails.   Return your rock, stop for the pledge and then back to the start.  Pax called Mary and Jazzhands tried to take over, but that shit don't fly.  We did however complete 10 mericans IC every 5 minutes throughout the workout this morning for a total of 180 mericans.  Paininsula is one of my favorite AO's to Q.  Always a great PAX and always a fun time. No burpees were completed today…..I learnt my lesson the last time I Q'd.
