2 dudes showed for the 3rd Thursday in a row at Cobalt. Although we missed our brothers in the Pax, low numbers didn't get us down.
Warm-up: Q checked to make sure Pinky had the heat on during the drive over. He did and so did I, so we were warm.
Thang: AMRAP / Launch from cul-de-sac on Breezy Point, run to cul-de-sac at end of Mountain Cove (toward playground). 1/2 mile between the sacs. Stop at each cul-de-sac for merkins on Mountain Cove and ab exercise on Breezy Point (20 OYO). We did 10 reps for 5+ miles.
Moleskin:
- Consensus was Mojito would have struggled with this workout. Remains to be seen because he wasn't there.
- Good conversation throughout. Pinky said it was the easiest 5 miles he's ever done. Hmmm, Q didn't necessarily feel the same.
- Lots to be thankful for and lots to ask for as we took it out.
- Please don't let today's mileage scare anyone away from Cobalt workout. Workouts will be adjusted for whoever shows. We happened to have 2 guys that like to run today, so run we did.
