3 station rotation


Had a great crowd out for this morning’s workout. I think everyone was expecting something great. They got this instead:

 

Mosey around the club house via the streets stopping at each intersection for side straddle hops, Freddie mercuries, squats. Returning via the back entrance.

Three Laminated cards awaited everyone. we split into three groups and did each station AMRAP for 3 minutes and rotated to the next station. 3 rounds total.

station 1: 10 burpees, 10 dips, 10 reverse lunges, 10 dolly’s (high medium and low)

station 2: 20 merkins, 20 curb kickers, 20 squats, 20 Freddie mercuries, 

station 3: 30 SSH, 30 high knees, 30 LBCs

We had 4 minutes left so we did 4 sprint to the end of the parking lot and called recover recover
