3 Wise men sallied forth seeking a bright, rising star, but found only a bright rising bar. They brought gifts of many 'Mericans, jump squats, pull-ups, chin-ups, commando ups, and a new thing they just bought… the hanging bicycle. They also brought some get-ups, and apparently they had to travel – at a sprint – through the State of Michigan during their journey. But the wise men WERE wise, so they made sure to thoroughly stretch their wise muscles along the way. The wise men wisely conditioned their core, and they wisely accomplished some SSH, windmills, IST' etc. They were last seen continuing their journey.
