31’s-Boy, What a Difference a Day Makes

It's January 31st, and a stark 38 degrees at the onset, chilling it was.  With that near freezing setting, several pax rucked (Comet, Deepend, and Cupcake) and ran (Motorboat and Big Mean) for the venerable #thestandard.   As snow was pelting the northern part of our fine nation, our pax tuned their bells to participate in the Bell Choir……of 31's.

Warmups: Mozy, high knees, butt kickers, R/L karaoke, kick steppers, cirlce the building the COP (IC) SSH 20, IST 15, CP's 10, MC's 15, Mericans 10

The Thang: 31's–it's Jan. 31st, ya know….

31 of each-KB swings, wall step ups with mil press, curls, skull crushers, mil presses, burpees, (rest IC) squats, upright rows, crunches with bell, front to back lunges, pull overs.   IF you finished early, you were encouraged to 'make the single counts in cadence' (or repeat the singles, simply said).

Mary: Box cutters 16, cutter boxes 15, W's 10.  Recover, recover.

Moleskine:

-A clean ten gave it their all, but too much silence, not enough mumblechatter!

-The wind played havoc with our scibed paper of pain, but somehow everyone was working 'most' of the time!

-Prayer in the COP were put up for Pierogi's family, Plinko's dad, Manhand's wife, and a young lady (11 mos.) that got a new heart this week

-It is a pleasure to lead, take the reigns, and have fun!!!  You get out what you put into it!

-LOVING the excitement of the newer pax showing up, keeping strong, and getting into the rucking thingy.
