We had 3 at Samson today but I heard from a reliable source that it could have been 4 but the elder version of "The Force" was unable to attend but was able to text to his son that he was not going to make. Confused? Yea, me too!! A mild discussion was had regarding texting from room to room in a house at 5am in the morning…..didnt last long as we got on our way…….

Grab a line…..10 Merkins IC; 20 line hops in cadence; Plank walk to next line; repeato for 8, 6, 4, 2 merkins but still the same amount of line hops
Grab a block: One guy stay and do 5 incline merkins while the other 2 zamporini around parking lot; when finished incline merkins, run with your block to catch the other 2; dude #2 does the merkins while the other 2 zamporini…..continue this pattern until we get to the benches….
10 Curls IC; 10 SC in cadence; 10 seated overhead presses IC; 20 bench press IC
Mosey to wall: Wall sit x 30 seconds; 10 AP in cadence; 10 seal claps IC; 10 TTH IC; Balls to the wall X 30sec (REPEATO)
Mosey to covered area: 10 Dips IC; 5 Decline Merkins IC; 10 Incline Merkins IC; 5 Stairway to Burpee OYO
Mosey back to blocks: REPEATO BLOCK WORK AT BENCHES
Mosey back to return blocks: REPEATO THE WAY WE GOT HERE
