7 Pax enjoyed cooler temps and lower humidity as they covered the normal 4-mile 4-banger course. Despite a PAX seemingly requesting pain at our stops, we held strong to the fundamentals of 4-banger culture and just stood there instead. One PAX deflected for the General as we passed by (Code Brown I assume) but was once again present for COT. One PAX learned to not take fish oil pills before the run as he spent some time hacking them up during a stop. The break in the sidewalk on the final bang is annoying and appeared to cause an injury this morning so beware and heal up my friend.
