Beginning on the front right corner of the church perform 3 exercises at each corner:
- 20 KB swings (this rep total remains constant at each corner)
- 20 KB Thrusters – descend by 1 rep at each corner (i.e. corner 1 – 20 reps, corner 2 – 19 reps, etc.)
- 20 Muricans – descend by 1 rep at each corner
PAX stayed together from corner to corner. At the 10th round we dropped the KB swings down to 10 reps. Completed 13 total rounds
